The three plans in one paragraph

Finaxis has three plans. Iris, from $500 a month, covers up to 150 clients: 1 user and 1 AI agent, platform access, little or no AI. Billie, from $1,000 a month, covers up to 500 clients: Unlimited users and AI agents, plus the on-demand AI agent you chat with. Nova, from $2,200 a month, covers 2,500+ clients and adds orchestration, automation, guardrails and granular access levels. Capacity extends on all three: 100 more clients, $50 a month. Several accounting books run as several portals, one per book, from the Billie plan. The integrations Finaxis supports are included on every plan. Finaxis also builds custom integrations, on request and billed. Pricing is a flat monthly fee, with no percentage taken on what you collect; the contract term and the payment frequency move the price. A trial is available on request.

Questions people ask before they pick

Start from the number of clients you invoice: that is the only ceiling. Iris covers up to 150 clients, Billie up to 500 clients, Nova 2,500+ clients. Then seats: Iris is 1 user and 1 AI agent, Billie and Nova are unlimited. The rest is a preference about how much the AI does.

You move up a plan. It is a billing change, not a migration: same portal, same data, same connectors, same history.

Capacity extends without changing plan: 100 more clients, $50 a month, on all three.

One portal per accounting book. That is how groups, franchise networks, banks and investment portfolios run it. It starts at the Billie plan, from $1,000 per portal. Volume pricing on request.

Every integration Finaxis supports, on all three. QuickBooks, Acomba and HubSpot connect natively. Xero, Sage Business Cloud and Odoo are in beta. Everything else comes in through CSV import. An ERP usually needs personalisation on top of the connector, and a system we do not support yet needs a full integration: in both cases Finaxis does the work and bills for it. Talk to sales.

On request. Talk to sales and we set the account up with you.

Yes, in either direction. Most teams start where their client count puts them and move when volume or the team changes.

Because the figure is a floor, not a quote. Iris is from $500 a month, Billie from $1,000, Nova from $2,200. Four things move the final price: your volume, what you switch on, the contract term and the payment frequency. Either way it is a flat monthly fee, with no percentage on what you collect and no per-user charge.
